Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Europe. We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations — if your country is not listed, please contact us at sales@demaartenleather.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 USD. Orders below $200 USD are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
All De Maarten Leather products are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders shipped to Europe may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@demaartenleather.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
