These are not defects — they are proof of authenticity. Any manufacturing defects refer exclusively to hardware components such as rivets, locks, zippers, or other metal pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your De Maarten Leather purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Returned in its original packaging
• In the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
